The College of Science and Technology is one of the premier engineering colleges under the Royal University of Bhutan in the Kingdom of Bhutan. It is located at Rinchending in Phuentsholing, Chukha, Bhutan which is a border town opposite to the Indian town of Jaigaon, and cross-border trade has resulted in a thriving local economy. The place is also blessed with natural beauty.

The College was established 2001 with only two Bachelors degree programs namely Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Currently, the college also offers Bachelor in ECE, IT and Architecture. From July 2019, the college also introduced Bachelor of Instrumentation and Control and Bachelor of Geology. Additionally, The College offers Master of Renewal energy and plans to start Master of Construction Management.

The College has a team of highly motivated and dedicated faculty members specialized with various science & engineering fields. Most of the faculty members are actively involved in research work. With high priority of the University on Research, the College has established the Centre for Renewable and Sustainable Energy Development and Center for Disaster Risk Reduction.
